This little bird is a forest spirit that collects the fanciest flowers it can find to decorate it's little cap with. It keeps the stems dipped in a small cup on it's head that keeps them fresh and beautiful. The pitaquill with the fanciest hat gets all the hens. Boys decorate with fancy flowers and colors while ladies tend to favor leaves and grasses.
