So one thing that I like to do besides paint lately is line work! I've missed my ballpoint pens. There are some really neat places in NYC that sell special pens with tiny, tiny points (most likely for writing those complicated kanji characters in small spaces) that are just fantastic for lining eyelashes and wisps of hair. I also found my Prism markers and have been re-living my glory days of bad anime and cell-shading. I really like the harder lines, they make the details more visible. There's no real story behind any of these pictures, save the center which was done by a friend for a tattoo design.
